Sputter Window Film Installation – adidas Damansara Project

BrightSmart carried out a sputter window film installation for an adidas retail store in Damansara. The project involved large-format glass panels around the retail space, where solar comfort, glare management and a clean storefront appearance were important. The photos shown are from the actual installation site.

Why Sputter Film Is Suitable for Retail Glazing

Sputter film is designed for applications that need solar-control performance while retaining a refined glass appearance. For a retail environment, the right film selection can help manage heat and glare without unnecessarily closing off the store from daylight or the surrounding view.

Installation on Large-Format Storefront Glass

Tall retail glazing requires careful preparation, accurate panel alignment and clean edge finishing. The site photos show the installation team working across the high glass sections while coordinating around the store fixtures and display area.

Benefits for Commercial Retail Spaces

• Helps manage glare across customer and merchandise areas
• Supports a more comfortable indoor environment
• Maintains a neat, professional appearance on large glass panels
• Allows the film selection to be matched to daylight, privacy and heat-control needs

Film Specification and Warranty

The exact visible light transmission (VLT), infrared performance, UV performance, total solar energy rejection and warranty depend on the sputter film series selected for the project. Final specifications and warranty coverage must follow BrightSmart’s written quotation and the supplied film documentation.
